They were free to say <br />any feature that came to mind, and they were not prompted with any list or examples. The responses were <br />then coded into the categories shown below Of particular relevance to this study, features related to the Marina <br />and Shoreline Recreation Area were mentioned relatively less often, at only 4 percent of the responses. This <br />result indicates that the Marina and Shoreline Recreation Area are not the defining features of the City of San <br />Leandro. In contrast, the voters surveyed most frequently mentioned that they like the small town community <br />(27%) and that the city is centrally located (24%). <br />Please note: categories representing less then 2 Percent of the responses are not <br />shown in the above 0raph.
