SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 15 BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS <br />Chapter 1 Rules of Procedure <br />any action on the part of the Board; initiate or organize any group or ur-ge specific action by an <br />or,zanized group or individual, unless speci acally empowered to do so at the time of <br />appointment; take any action which would in any way compromise the position of the Board or <br />place the Board in an embarrassing position before the public. <br />ARTICLE 7 6—APPLICATIONS <br />415.1.700 600: TIME FOR FILING. No application for a variance, conditional use <br />approval, or application, or petition concerning any other matter upon which the Board shall act, <br />shall be placed on the agenda unless said application or petition is filed in the Community <br />Development Ser-viees Office a minimum of one <br />(1) month prior to the Board meeting. This rule may be waived, for good cause, by the <br />Chairperson Secretary. <br />415.1.705 605: FAILURE OF APPLICANT TO APPEAR FOR HEARING.
