Title lL 4 Chapter 12, Section 4-12- <br />600 of the San Leandro Municipal Code e€1985 provides that within three fU months after the <br />effective date of this Section, every employer regularly employing four (4) or more persons in <br />any building or structure in the City of San Leandro shall adopt, implement and maintain a <br />written smoking policy. Pursuant thereto, the City of San Leandro adopts the following rules <br />and regulations governing smoking in all City -owned facilities. <br />§301-.2.2.200: AREAS WHERE SMOKING IS PROHIBITED Smoking is prohibited in and <br />within 20 feet of a main exit entrance or operable window of all facilities owned and operated <br />or leased and operated by the City of San Leandro or by a concessionaire of the City. <br />§304-.2.2.300: SIGNAGE.
