SAN LEANDRO ADMINia i tcATIVE CODE <br />TITLE 22 7 RECREATION AND PARKS HUMAN SERVICES <br />Chapter 21 Rules and Regulations for the Use of Public Parks and Recreational <br />Facilities <br />ARTICLE 1—GENERAL REGULATIONS <br />4= 7.1.100. No person, firm, corporation, partnership, club, associations or other organization <br />shall, without the written consent of the City of San Leandro, except as provided in Title 4, Chapter <br />5 of Title of the San Leandro Municipal Code: <br />(a) Sell or offer for sale any goods or merchandise of any kind, solicit sales, funds, <br />contributions or donations of any kind, conduct of any business, trade or occupation. <br />(b) Cut, mark, paint, damage or deface any tree, fence, wall, building, apparatus or other <br />structure, or fasten thereto any poster, circular, or other object. <br />(c) Use sound amplifying equipment for- the pla)ing of Whether- live r reeerdea that <br />exceeds the Q y's noise limits as detailed in Section 4-1-1100, known as the "Noise <br />Ordinance, " of the San Leandro Municipal Code. <br />�22:2 7.1.105. No person shall. <br />(a) Climb any tree, bush, fence, building or equipment except play apparatus or other structure <br />designed for that purpose. <br />(b) Drive, putt or hit any golf ball except upon areas designed for that purpose. <br />(c) Play hardball -baseball except in areas designated for that purpose. <br />(d) Ride or drive any bicycle, motorcycle or other vehicles on any playfield, court or pedestrian <br />walk. <br />Department Responsible for Revision: Recreation and Human Services Chapter 7.1 <br />2006 Pagel <br />
