In implementing CEQA and <br />the Guidelines for Implementation of CEQA when assessing the potential environmental impacts of <br />a proposed project the Redevelopment Amy will utilize the most current amended version of the <br />Act and Guidelines. For projects that are deemed to require some level of environmental <br />documentation • i e. Categorical Exemption Mitigated Negative Declaration/Negative <br />Declaration or Environmental Impact Report the Agency shall follow the procedures for <br />preparation of said documents, including preparation of appropriate notices, as provided for in the <br />Guidelines. <br />L26.3.105: FORMS.
