<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 07/01/2022 <br />Tri Commercial for Real Estate Services Exhibit B – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br />TRI agrees to assist with City’s commercial real estate requirements for leasing and/or sales throughout its <br />Fiscal Year of July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023. TRI will render commercial real estate services on an hourly <br />basis. Specifically, any work performed by California Department of Real Estate Agent, John Dunning will <br />be charged at $395 per hour; not to exceed $15,000 per Fiscal Year. A retainer of $10,000 is requested <br />with the first drawdown request. The City will require TRI Commercial to provide monthly detailed invoices <br />documenting monthly draws from the approved budgeted amount (including the retainer amount) for the <br />City’s accounting/tracking purposes.
