We find the title <br />thex eto vested in Johanna Goodman, widow, known also as Sinn <br />Goodman, free and clear of all ino imbranoes and liens of every <br />oharaoter and all taxes.exoept the second payinent for this <br />current year. have been paid. Later on Thomas Goodman died and his Estate was <br />duly probated and in the probate prooeedings his widow is <br />called Johanna Goodman and all the cthildren of Thomas Goodman <br />conveyed all their right, title and interest in Block 47 to tME <br />their mother.
