<br />Calif crnia., and its successors, the party of the second part:
<br />WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of Ten (610.00) Dollars, the receipt
<br />Whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
<br />second part, and to its sucessors forever, all that real property
<br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, :Mate of
<br />California, bounded and described as follows, to -wit:

<br />certain map entitled "Broa.ftaoor Alameda County" , filed January
<br />30th, 1908 and of record in Book 23 of MAps at page 68 Alameda
<br />County, California Records; and -running thence southeasterly and
<br />easterly on Ft curve with a radius of 20 feet, 26.13 feet to its
<br />intersection with the northerly line of Dutton Avenue, as shown
<br />on said Map of BroFidnoor; thence alone: the said northerly ling of
<br />Dutton Avenue north 7411 03' East 372.94 feet; thence northeasterly
<br />and northerly on n curve with a radius of 20 feet; 36.69 feet to a
<br />point on the westerly Line of Warwick Avenue, as shown on said
<br />Map of Broadmoor, distant thereon 3.34.58 feet South 31" Obi' East
<br />from its intersection with the northerly boundary Line of Lot 8,

<br />thereon from which the point of beginning "nears North 68° 31' Test,
<br />15.68 feet distant and thence westerly and northwesterly on a
<br />curve with a radius of 12.9C feet, 16.84 feet to the point of
<br />beginning and being a portion of Lots 7 and 8, Block 3.1, as
<br />sho= on sKid Map of Broadraoor.
