ITS CRIPT IOTd. <br />All that lot of land situated_ in the Town of San Leandro, Co-:xi.ty of <br />Alameda, State of California, bounded and j escribed as follows, to -wit: - <br />Beginning at a point on the South Testern line of East 14th Street <br />(formerly called County Road from Oakland to San Leandro), as the same <br />existed on Uovember 24, 1855, at the most Eastern corner of that certain <br />30 acre tract of land conveyed by Wm. P. Toler and wife to T. F. Strong <br />by deed dated November 24, 1855 and recorded in Liber "E" of Deeds, at <br />page 50; and running thence Forth :lesterly along said line of East 14th <br />Street one hundred and forty-eight and 44/100 (1r8.44') feet, more or <br />less, to the South Eastern line of Stoakes Avenue, as said avenue is <br />——}eseribecl in -creed from F. C. Stoal es and flora V. Rider to the City of <br />San Leandro, dated March 15, 1909 and recorded in Liber 1580 of reeds, <br />at page 125; thence South Nesterly along said last named line nineteen <br />(12) feet; thence South Easterly parallel with said line of East 14th <br />Street one hundred and forty-eight and 11/100 (148.44) feet, more or <br />less, to a point which would be intersected by a line drawn from the <br />point of beginning at right angles to said line of Fast 14th Street; <br />thence Korth Easterly in a direct line nineteen (19) feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />/S7/ v�2, <br />f� p�� <br />
