DESCRIPTION. <br />All that lot of land situated in the Town of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, bounded and described as follows, to -wit: - <br />Beginning at the intersection of the South Eastern line of Lemon <br />Avenue, now called Euclid Avenue, with the North Eastern line of East <br />14th Street, as said avenue and street are shown on that certain map <br />entitled, "i.lap of the Orange Grove Tract, Brooklyn Township", etc., <br />filed Taarch 11, 1907 in Liber 22 of iVIlaps, page 46, in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said County of Alameda; running thence South Easterly <br />along said line of East 14th Street three hundred (SOO) feet to the <br />I`'orth ',`iestern line of Dutton Avenue, as shown on said map; thence South <br />'Ilesterly along a prolongation of said line of Dutton Avenue two and <br />50/100 (2.50) feet to the North Eastern line of East 14th Street (formerly <br />called County Road from Oakland to San Leandro), as the same originally <br />existed; thence North Westerly along said line three hundred (300) feet; <br />thence JLI right angles North Easterly two and 50/100 (2.50) feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />
