<br />page 8, in the office of the County Recorder of said Alameda County; and

<br />BEGINYING at a point on the northerly lane of "Palm Avenue", distant
<br />thereon 207.13 feet, North 750 361 1011 East, from the intersection of said
<br />northerly line of Palm Avenue with the Easterly line of I. -aisle Court, as
<br />said avenue and court are laid down on the above mentioned _,Iap of Dutton
<br />Orchard; and running thence along the Iortherly line of Palm Avenue produced,
<br />North 750 361 1011 Past, two (2) feet, to the Easterly boundary line of said
