<br />from the Southwest corner of said 4.47 acre tract of land, and running
<br />— thence North 750 36' 10" Fast, 343.77 feet to a point on the Easterly
<br />boundary line of the said 4.47 acre tract of land, said point being distant
<br />136.17 feet, 11orth 80 33' 50" West, from. the Southeast corner of said 4.47
