even date; recorded June 5, 1916 in Liber 1132 of Mlortgages, page 8. <br />(Covers also other property.) <br />NOTE:- No examination made as to Town of San Leandro Taxes or <br />Street Assessments. <br />DESCRIPTION. <br />All that lot of land situated in the Town of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, bounded and described as follows, to -wit: - <br />Beginning at a point on the North Eastern line of East 14th Street, <br />distant thereon South Easterly one hundred and fifty (150) feet from the <br />intersection thereof with the South Eastern line of Lemon Avenue, now <br />called Euclid Avenue, as said street and avenue are shown on the map <br />hereinafter referred to; running thence South Easterly along said line <br />of East 14th Street fifty (50) feet; thence at right angles North <br />Easterly three and 50/100 (3.50) feet; thence at right angles North. <br />Westerly fifty (50) feet; thence at right angles South +Iesterly three <br />and 50/100 (3.50) feet to the point of beginning. <br />Being a portion of Lot No. 52, as said lot is delineated and so <br />designated upon that certain map entitled, "I,1ap of the Orange Grove <br />Tract, Brooklyn Township", etc., filed !:larch 11, 1907 in Liber 22 of <br />Taps, page 46, in the office of the County Recorder of the said County <br />of Alameda. <br />
