II;GRAHV, his wife, of San Leancro, California, the parties of the first part, and CITY OF SA,N L zV!1',RO, a municipal corporation of the Sixth Class, the party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said r.arties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge,, do prrant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and ass ig-ns , all that land with the appurtenances, situ .te in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of California, and particularly described as follows, to -.:it: BEGINIJING at the southwesterly corner of Lot 50, Ardmore Tract, as filed in the o"'fice of the County Recorder of the county of klaaieda, April 6th, 1926, thence South 70 21' West along the westerly boundary of said Ardmore Tract Fifty-six and Fifty-four hundre�ths (56.54) feet, more or less, to the northwesterly corner of Lot 78 of said Ardmore Tract; thence on a curve to the left with a radius of Five Hundred Flfty- four (554) feet from a tangent of North 740 18' 20" East a distance of Thirty-five and Seven Tenths (35.7) fee., more or less, to the easterly line of the Manuel S. and Maria S. Freitas property; thence North 10 27' West Fifty-four (54) feet, more or less along the easterly line of the said Manuel S. and Maria S. Freitas property to a point six Hundred and Four (604) feet from the center of curve des- cribed above; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of Six Hundred Four (604) feet with a common center with curve described above, a distance of Twenty-two and Eight Tenths (22.8) feet, more or less, to the point of in- tereection with the northerly line of Glen Drive, (as shown on the Plat of Ardmore) produced, thence North 740 181 20" East Twenty-two (22) feet, more or legs, to the point of beginning, containing Two Thousand and Twenty-five s ware feet.
