Thornally and Etyma L, Thornally, his wife <br />�S <br />the part ie s of the first part, and <br />City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation <br />the part y of the second part, <br />Witnegotb, that the said part ie's of the first part, for and in consideration of the <br />sum of TEN DOLLARS, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, <br />bin sell and convey unto the said part y of the second part, and to its <br />n as igns forever, all that land with the appurtenances situate in the <br />City of San Leandro , County of Alameda <br />State of California, and particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern line of <br />Santa Clara Avenue, distant thereon South 190 25, <br />East One Hundred Sixty-two feet, Two inches from the <br />point of intersection thereof with the Southern line <br />of Elsie Avenue; running thence South 190 251 East <br />along said line of Santa Clara Avenue One Hundred <br />Seventy feet, Ten inches, more or less, to the <br />Northern line of Sybil Avenue, as said Avenue existed <br />on October 6th, 1911; thence North 701 35t East along <br />said line of Sybil Avenue Thirty feet; thence North <br />190 25t "nest parallel with said line of Santa Clara <br />Avenue, One Hundred Seventy feet, Ten inches, more <br />or less, to the point of intersection with a line <br />drawn North 700 351 East parallel with said line of <br />Elsie Avenue from the point of beginning; thence <br />South 700 351 Viest Thirty feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />BEING portions of Lots Numbered 1 and 24, <br />in Block Numbered 34, as said Lots and Block are <br />delineated and so designated upon that certain Map <br />entitled, "Map of the Estudillo Tract, San Leandro", <br />filed January 10, 1876, in the office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br />EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof <br />which lies within the lines of Sybil Avenue, as said <br />Avenue now exists. <br />In Witnemg Wbereot, the said part ies of the first part ha ve hereunto set their <br />hands and seal s the day and year first aboZ wri <br />,- <br />OAKLAND TITLE INSURANCE AND GUARANTY COMPANY, TITLE INSURANCE BUILDING, FIFTEENTH AND FRANKLIN STREETS, OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA <br />
