S. <br />RESOLUTION ACC&TING DEDICATION OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSE'S <br />TO BE KNOTI T AS BANCROFT AVEITUE, <br />VITEREAS: There has been presented to this Board of Trustees <br />certain deeds dated January 6, 1927, to a strip of land Eighty <br />(80) feet in width more fully described in the said deeds to the <br />same executel to the city of San Leandro by Oakland Title Insurance <br />11a rar.ty Company, a corporation; Oakland High School 'District; <br />Jose P. Cardoza; Minnie E. Patterson; Harry J. Rick and Agnes <br />Rick; :i. Gori and Adelina Gori; L. Perillo and 6. De Brum; <br />Manuel Rodrigues; 1ehilomena.
