THIS INDENTURE, made this 12 day of A.D. 1926, between

<br />Mathews, Minnie L. neid and V. J. Reid, her husband; Annibale Della Nina
<br />and Fausta Della Nina, his wife, Helen Bradley,,,a widow, Emma Arnberg.

<br />V. Santi and Giustina Sant -I., hws wife i�. V. Henriques and Clara Henriques
<br />his wife, Nicholas Marshall, a single man, John P. Marshall and
<br />Rose V. Marshall, his wife Joste Martin and Louis Martin, her husband,
<br />Mamie Faria and A. F. Faria, her husband, Minnie Pine and M.S. Fine her
<br />husband, Inez Chapman Frost, and William Thomas Frost her husband,
<br />J. H. Begier and Eliese Regier, his wife., as grantees,
<br />'"JITHNESSETH; THAT ' HEFEAS by deed dated May 4, 1925 and recorded
<br />July 171, 1925 in Liber 1089 of Official Records of Alameda County.
<br />California, at pages 50, 51 and 52, the above named grantees conveyed
<br />unto the above named grantor certain real property in said deed described,
<br />to be used for street purposes and to be known as Begier Avenue; and
<br />NFTERE.1 an error was made in describing the property intended
<br />to be conveyed by said deed; and,
<br />JHEREAS, it was not and is not the intention or desire of the
<br />parties to said deed that all of the property so erroneously described
<br />in said deed shall be or bepome a street;
<br />NOW. THEREFORE. in consideration of the mutual understanding;.
<br />agreement and benfit of the parties to this indenture, the said City
<br />of San Leandro. a municipal corporation. does hereby quit -claim and
<br />reconvey unto each of said grantees that portion of said property
<br />described in said deed which was therein and thereby conveyed by him
<br />(said grantee) unto said City of San Leandro, The property in said
<br />Deed is described as follows: -
<br />Beginning at a point on the Northeastern line of East 14th Street,
<br />as now established in said City of San Leandro, distant thereon 276.50
<br />feet South 30° 551 20" East from its intersection with the Southeastern
<br />line of Oaks Boulevard; and running thence North 590 111 East 935.25 feet;
<br />thence Easterly on the are of a curve to the right, having; a radius
<br />of 500 feet, a distance of 158.83 feet; thence North 770 23t East, 476.74
<br />feet to a point on the 'Western line of that certain 17 acre tract of
<br />land conveyed by Lizzie McCarthy, a widow. to A. S. Weaver and J.E. Fnustins
<br />by deed dated August 23, 1919 and recorded in Book 2768 of Deeds, page
<br />284; Alameda County Records; said paint being distant on said boundary
<br />line 662.42 feet South 80 341 East f rcm its intersection with the
<br />Southern line of County Road No. 151,1., known as Dutton Avenue; thence
<br />along said boundary line South 80 341 East 56.14 feet; thence '~Vest on
<br />the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 444 feet; a distance
<br />of 141.04 feet; thence South 590 llt ^Jest 554.95 feet to a point on the
<br />Northeastern/line of land now or formerly ovrned by George and A.F. Bowen;
<br />thence along said last mentioned line and said line produced Northwesterly
<br />North 310 20t West, 4.60 feet; thence South 590 11, Went, 55,56 feet to the
<br />Northwestern production of the Southwestern line of saic, land of Bowen;
<br />thence along said Northwestern production of the Scuthwestex•n line of
<br />said Bowen land and along the Southwestern line thereof South 310 241 East,
<br />4,60 feet; thence South 590 111 West 324.64 feet to a point on the
<br />Northeastern line of East 14th Street and thence along the same North
<br />300 551 20" West 56 feet to the point of beginning.
