Hale, dated Jul�r 10, 1911 and recorded in Liber 1.955 of needs, page 102, where the same would be intersected by the prolongation Easter17 in a direct line of the Northern line of Callan Avenue, as said Avenue is shown on that certain Map entitled, "Map of Huff Tract, San Leandro" etc., filed Jullr 91 1912 `n the Office of the Countir Recorder of Alameda County; and running thence South 19' 25' East along the `iyestern line of said parcel of land 56.75 feet; thence Soizth 701 351 '+best 6/10 of a foot; thence North 190 251 'priest 56.75 feet; and thence North 70' 35' East 6110 of a foot to the point of bo,=;inn- ing.
