GANNON and JANE L. GANNON, his wife, <br />And <br />the parties of the first part, <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, <br />the party of the second part, <br />Witnesseth: That the said partiesof the first part, for and in consideration of the sum <br />of --One <br />lawfu poney Dollars ($ 1.00 --- ) <br />in (mbclx of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the party <br />of the second pa-rt, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents <br />remise, release and forever Quitclaim unto the said part y of the second part and to <br />�xN�gxi6ic, its successor <br />All th at certain lot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the <br />City of San Leandro County of Alameda State of California, <br />and bounded and particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Eastl4th <br />Street, 96id point being 337.84 feet Northerly from the <br />Northerly line ofDavis Street in the City of San Leandro, <br />thence South 470 191 West 75 feet to a point; thence <br />North 28 0' West 23.16 feet to a point in the center of <br />San Leandro Creek;. thence North 47u 191 East 75 feet to <br />a point; thence South 280 0' East 23.16 feet to the point <br />4f beginning. <br />This Deed is made subject to the following express conditions. <br />1. That the grantee or its successor shall not itself nor shall it per- <br />mit any building or buildings to be erected upon said c mveyed land; <br />nor shall pit. permit any trees, signs or other obstructions to be <br />placed on said property. Thiscovenant and provision is expressly <br />declared to run with said conveyed land and in the event any of <br />saidprovisions are violated by the said grantee or its successors, <br />the said conveyed land shall immediately revert to the grantors, <br />their heirs or assigns, each of whom respectively shall have the <br />right of re-entry upon said premises in the eventof any such breach. <br />2• This conveyance is further made subject to the express condition <br />that the City of San Leandro erect and maintain a culvert consisting <br />of concrete formation over and across said San Leandro creek qnd s id <br />Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appuP eflnecelsy - <br />thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, <br />remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
