Meyers, City Attorney <br />RE: Oakland Scavenger <br />Please find enclosed a revised agreement with Oakland <br />Scavenger which is in lieu of a Deed of Reconveyance for that <br />property granted to the City for the Neptune Drive right-of-way. <br />You/ are authorized to execute the original and return to the <br />City Clerk for his files. Also, please send an executed copy <br />to Mr. McKae and to this office.
