Bohm has presented to the City of wan Leandro a deed dated the 26th day of August, 1937, executed by Joseph A. Bohm, a grantor, and the City of :an Leandro, a mun- icipal corporation, as Gr;-ntee, (for street purposes only, con- veying the following described property: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Gity of man Leandro, County of Alameda, :state of California, described as follows. Beginning at a point on the Northern line of Dowling Boulevard distant thereon Easterly 102.70 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the Eastern line of Fortuna Avenue, as said Boulevard and Avenue are shown on that certain pa;.) entitled, *Le Bon Park, Unit No. 2, City of San Leandro, California,", filed September 21st, 1926 in Liber 9 of pups, at page 77, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County; running thence South 820 41' 20" East along the Easterly production of said Northern line of Dowling Boulevard, 14.76 feet to the ttestern line of that certain piece or parcel of land dese ibed in the deed from Joseph A. :ohm, a widower, to State of California, dated January 29, 1934 and recorded in Liber 2995 of Official Records, at page 451; thence outheasterly along the last named line, 61.88 feet to a point in the Easterly production of the :southern line of said Dowling Boulevard; thence North 820 410 20" West along the said Easterly production of the Southern line of Dowling Boulevard, 41.31 feet to the Eastern Boundary line of said "Le Don mark, Unit No. 2.0. thence northerly along the last named line 56 feet to the point of beginning. Being a portion of lot 8, as said lot is delineated and so designated upon that certain map entitled, "Amended -aap showing subdivisions of the Jane Dutton 59.60 acre tract near oEan Leandro, Al..meda County, Cal.", filed August 24, 1889 in -Jiber 1� of ILaps at page 55, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County.
