DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY COVERED BY THIS POLICY OF INSURANCE All that lot of land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the Northern line of Dowling Boulevard distant thereon Easterly 102.70 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the Eastern line of "ortuna Avenue, as said boulevard and avenue are shown on that certain map entitled, "Le Bon Park, Unit No. 2, City of San Leandro, California" filed September 21st, 1926 in Liber 9 of slaps, at page 77, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County; running thence South 82° 411 20" East along the Easterly pro- duction of said Northern line of Dowling Boulevard, 14.76 feet to the Western line of that certain piece or parcel of land described in the deed from Joseph A. Sohm, a widower, to State of California, dated January 29, 1934 and recorded in Liber 2995 of Official Records, at page 451; thence Southeasterly along the last named line, 61.88 feet to a point in the Easterly production of the Southern line of said Dowling Boulevard; thence North 820 411 20" West along the said Easterly production of the Southern line of Dowling Boulevard, 41.31 feet to the Eastern boundary line of said "Le Bon Park, Unit No. 211, thence Northerly along the last named line 56 feet to the point of beginning. Being a portion of Lot 8, as said lot is delineated and so designated upon that certain map entitled, "Amended Map showing subdivisions of the Jane Dutton 59.60 acre tract near San Leandro, Alameda County, Cal.", filed August 24, 1889 in Liber 10 of Maps, at page 55, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County.
