DESCRIPTION. <br />All that lot of land situated in the Town of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, bounded and described as follows, to -wit: - <br />Beginning at a point on the North Eastern line of East 14th Street <br />(fo-rmerly called County Road from Oakland to San Leandro), as the same <br />originally existed, distant thereon North `jesterly eighteen (18) chains, <br />three (3) links from the Bank of San Leandro Creek, as the same existed <br />on October 17, 1859; and running thence North Westerly along said line <br />of East 14th Street three and 40/100 (3.40) feet, more or less, to the <br />South Eastern line of Oakes Boulevard, as the same now exists; thence <br />North Easterly along said last named line six (6) feet; thence South <br />Easterly parallel with said line of East 14th Street three and 40/100 <br />(3.40) feet, more or less, to a point which would be intersected by a <br />line drawn North Easterly frori the point of beginning at right angles <br />to said line of East 14th Street; thence South Westerly in a direct <br />line six (6) feet to the point of beginning. <br />
