(2) BEGIMTING at the point of intersection of the original <br />Nort'zeasterly line of Fast Fourteenth Street (formerly called the <br />Oakland and San Leandro Road and also called the County Road from <br />Oakland to San Leandro) with the Southeasterly line of Oakes <br />Boulevard, and running thence Southeasterly along said line of <br />East Fourteent.11 Street 3.40 feet, more or less, to the dividing <br />line between the land of Joseph Sirmnons and the land now or former- <br />ly belongin;; to Willia,n H. Phillips, Trustee, and formerly belong- <br />ing to Charles C.
