D E E D <br />We, the undersigned, BMz1A21II F. T:IASOIT and EDA R. MASON <br />(his wile) <br />of the City of Sax_ Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, for and in consideration of the sum of SIX IiUIMIUM <br />FIFTY-THM AND 51/100 DOLLARS ($653.51), the receipt w1hereof <br />is hereby acknowledged, <br />Po hereby grant unto the CITY OF SAJ:: LEA:;DRO, a municipal <br />corporation, for street purposes, <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of San <br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and particularly <br />described as follows, to-wit:- <br />BEGINI ITIG at the point of intersection of the original <br />Southwesterly line of East Fourteenth Street (formerly called the <br />Oakland and San Leandro Road and also called the County Foad from <br />Oakland to San Leandro) with the Southeasterly line of Peralta <br />Avenue, and running thence Southeasterly along said lire of East <br />Fourteenth Street 515.72 feet, more or less, to its intersection <br />with, the dividing lire between the lard of Benjamin F. 7ason and <br />the lard now or formerly belonging to George Frederick Shepherd; <br />thence Southwesterly along said dividing line to a point thereon <br />distant 19 feet (measured at right angles) Southwesterly from <br />said line of East Fourteenth Street; thence iTorthwesterly and <br />parallel to said line of East fourteenth Street 371.60 feet, more <br />or less, to the dividing line between the land of Benjamin F. <br />Vason and the land now or formerly belonging to Charles L. T:Tiller; <br />thence northeasterly along said dividing line 12 feet, more or <br />less, to its intersection with the Southwesterly line of East <br />Fcurteenth Street (formerly called the Oakland and San Leandro <br />Road and also called the County Road from Oakland to San Leandro) <br />as the same existed on September 22d, 1899; thence ITorthwesterly <br />along said last named line 144 feet, more or less, to the South- <br />easterly line of Peralta Avenue; and thence northeasterly along <br />said line of Peralta Avenue 7 feet, more or less, to the point <br />of beginning. <br />WITIQESS our signatures, this day of _-_____ <br />1917. <br />1 <br />
