Avenue and Street now exist, <br />and running thence North 190 25' Viest 341.18 feet to the true <br />point of beginning of the property to be hereby described: from <br />said true point of beginning, running thence mouth 700 35' West <br />64.75 feet; thence :>outh 190 25' East 38.85 feet; thence North <br />700 35' East 64.75 feet; thence North 190 25' West 38.85 feet <br />to the true point of beginning. <br />Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, <br />remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
