D E L D This Indenture, made this 15th day of Povember, 1928, between SUSIE F. WIMLS, a widow, of Bakersfiele, California, the party of the first part, and CITY OF SAN L FADDRO, a Municipal Corporation, the party of the second part, WitresGeth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of TET1 DOLLARS, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever, all that land with the appurtenances situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of California, and parti- cularly described as follows, to wit: BEG I-ING at a point on the eastern line of Woodland Avenue, distant thereon J;orth 8• 34' West, 307 feet from the point of intersection of the said eastern line of Woodland avenue with the northern line of Davis Court; running thence North 80 34' West, PO feet; thence North 810 26' East, 201.50 feet; thence South 86— 34' -,ash;- b eet; hence 1 L b I VV e 5 L, 201.50 feet to the point of beginning. BEING a portion of that 17 acre tract of land conveyed by Lizzie McCarter a widow, to A. S. Weaver and J. Faustina, by deed dated August 23, 1919 and recorded in Book 2788 of Deeds, at page 284, Alameda County Records. AND BEING Parcel lumber 1 of the lands to be taken for the opening and extending Haas Avenue, as shown on Sheet 1 of that certainjdap entitled, "Plat showing Lunde to be taken for and district to be assessed to pay the expenses of Open- ing, Extending. and Widening Haas Avenue, etc." filed October 3, 1928, under Recorder's Series Number Y/69048, in the office of the County Recorder of the county of Alameda.
