THIS INDENTURE made this : day of

<br />his wife, of Chicago, Illinois, the parties of the first part, and
<br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a Municipal Corporation, the party of the second

<br />THAT the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
<br />sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said
<br />party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever,

<br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and particularly

<br />Y48159 recorded in book 1884 of the official records of
<br />Alameda County, page 299, subject to the covenants and
<br />conditions set forth in the deed from the American Trust
<br />Company to Tilliam J.Barrackman of date June 11,1928,
<br />recorded as document Y48159, book 1884 official records
<br />of Alameda, page 299.
