DEED This Indenture, made this 22d day of January, 1930, between aUGH J. GOSBIE and AIARY J. COSBIE, his wire, both of San Leandro, California, the parties of the first mart, and CITY OF SAN LEANDRO a municipal corporation of the Sixth Class, the j arty of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of 'Ten Dollars, the recei ,t whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and assigns forever, all that land with the appurtenances situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of California, and particularly described as follows, to wit: To find the true point of beginnings: begin at a point on the soutrerly line of ,Iaud Avenue, formerly Cushing Avenue, from which the northwesterly corner of the tract of land conveyed by J. ,. Bro .,n and ;,ife to �'. Bryant and Peter Teale by deed dated April 28, 1875, and recorded in Liber 11C of Leedo, at page 22, and containing twelve and 24/100 (1L.24) acres bears r outh 70° 35' !rest, Eight Hundred and 'Thirty- :." rht feet, Three inches distant; running thence South 190 L5' Fast, Three Hundred Thirty-six feet, Tine inc' o 11.c true point of beginning of the property to be hereby described; thence from said true point of beginning running South 7C° 35' West, Forty-three feet; thence T! orth 190 25' 4Jest, Sixteen feet, line inches .(16' 9") ; thence T;orth 706 35' 'Last Forty-three feet; thence South 190 25' East Sixteen feet, Dine inches (16' 911) to the true point of begin- ning.
