#192715F <br />-2 - <br />Declaration of Homestead made by Madeline <br />Campouris, wife of George Campouris, recorded September 21, <br />1931 in Liber 2679 of Official Records, at page 205. <br />NOTE 1: In Map Book 16, page 79, is a <br />map entitled, "Elsie Avenue Opening", etc., filed December <br />4, 1929 showing said property to be taken for the opening of <br />said avenue. <br />NOTE 2: There is noted an action No. 115415, <br />entitled, City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, <br />plaintiff, vs. James Cantwell, as executor of the estate of <br />Ellen Goodman, deceased, Minnie A. Parker, Geo. J. Helms, <br />Reubena J. Helms, Luiz G. Faria, Eva G. Faris, Doe One, Doe <br />Tv�o, etc., defendants, pending in the Superior Court of the <br />State of California, in and for the County of Alameda, where- <br />in the complaint on file prays that certain real property may <br />be condemned for the opening and extending of Elsie Avenue <br />from the Western termination of said avenue, as the same now <br />exists, to the Northeasterly line of East Fourteenth Street. <br />The herein named vestee is not named as a defendant in said <br />action and the property under examination is not described in <br />said complaint. Attached thereto is a copy of Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1623 N.S. of the Council of the City of San <br />Leandro, wherein the property under examination is described <br />as being necessary to be condemned for the opening and extend- <br />ing of said avenue. Said action has been dismissed as to the <br />defendant James Cantwell, as executor, etc. <br />Oakland, Alameda Co. Cal.
