E. <br />Faustina., et al, to City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation, dated July 23, 1920 and recorded August <br />6, 1920, in Book 2956 of Deeds at page 98 Alameda <br />County Records, with the Southern line of Oakes <br />Boulevard, as said Boulevard is described in that <br />deed from R. N. Jansen, et al, to City of San <br />Leandro, dated November 17, 1932 and recorded <br />December 6, 1932 in Book 2861 of Official Records, <br />of Alameda. County, at page 434; running thence <br />North 720 26t East, along said line of Oakes <br />Boulevard 204.01 feet to the Eastern boundary line <br />of that certain 17 Acre tract of land conveyed <br />by Lizzie McCarthy, a widow, to A. S. u'.eaver and <br />J. E. Faustina, by deed dated August 23, 1919 and <br />recorded August 23, 1919 in Book 2788 of Deeds <br />at page 284 Alameda County Records; thence South <br />80 34' East along the last named line 3.04 feet; <br />thence South 720 26t '-.',,lest 204.01 feet to said line <br />of Woodland Avenue; and thence North 80 341 <br />along the last named line 3.04 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />BEING a portion of the 17 Acre tract of <br />land hereinabove referred to. <br />
