March 1920. <br />To the Honorable Eoard of Trustees <br />of the City of San Leandro, <br />San Leandro, Calif. <br />Gentlemen: - <br />I hereby offer to convey to the City of San Leandro <br />the following described real property situate in said City, to - <br />wit: - <br />All of Lots Numbered Forty-four (44), Forty-five <br />(45), and Forty-six (46), as said lots are laid down <br />and delineated upon that certain Iuap entitled, "'IZap of <br />San Antonio Court, San Leandro, California 1913" -filed <br />August 9th 1913 in the office of the County Recorder of <br />the County of Alameda., <br />for the purpose of adding to and enlarging "HENRY ROOT QUADRAI;GLE" . <br />This offer is made upon the following terms and con- <br />dition8:- <br />(1) That in addition to the conditions contained in my for- <br />mer need to the City of "HENRY ROOT gUADRANGLE", there be inserted <br />the further condition that the City shall immediately proceed with <br />the improvement of "HENRY ROOT quADRAI?GI.E" . <br />(2) That the City will reconvey to me, upon the acceptance <br />of this offer, the following described real property situate in <br />said City, being a portion of the property which I originally <br />dedicated to the City as "HENRY ROOT gUADRANGLE", viz:- <br />COMONCING at the point of intersection of the South- <br />westerly line of East 14th Street, as now widened, with <br />the Eastern boundary line of "San Antonio Court", all as <br />shown on a rra.p thereof filed August 9th, 1913, in Book 28 <br />of 14aps, page 36, Alameda County Records, and running <br />thence along said Eatern boundary line of said "San <br />Antonio Court" South 5° 131 20" East Seventy-one and <br />27/.100 (71.27) feet to the intersection of said Eastern <br />boundary line of "San Antonio Court" with the dividing <br />line between Lot 46 and Lot 47 of said "San Antonio Court"; <br />running thence along said dividing line produced 1,orth 59° <br />041 40" East to its intersection with the Southwesterly- <br />line of East 14th Street, as now widened; and running <br />thence Northwesterly along said line of East 14th. Street <br />to the point of commencement . <br />I further agree that I shall inunediat ely c onv ey said <br />last described property to the City of San Leandro for street pur- <br />poses. <br />I hereby tender you the necessary Deed to carry into <br />effect the foregoing iroposition, and I hereby request that rriy <br />proposition be accepted by your Honorable Body. <br />Yours respectfully, <br />/ C iumil-t <br />
