TI-M BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TEE CITY OF SA-T LHAYI)RO <br />RLSOLUTION NO. d N.S. <br />WHEREAS, M"IM' ROOT, of San Francisco, California, did, on <br />December 7th, 1917, execute and deliver to the City of San Leandro, <br />a Deed conveying certain real property therein described to said <br />City of San Leandro for a public purpose, to -unit: for a park or a <br />public playgrol nd, said land to be imown and called the uHEI;�r <br />ROOT AUADRANGLE" , <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conveyance and dedi- <br />cation be and the same is hereby accepted by this Board of Trustees <br />on behalf of the City nf San Leandro, for the uses and purposes <br />e.�ressed in said 'Deed and subject to the conditions, limitations <br />and -rese--vations therein specified; <br />a!TD BE IT FURTEEM RLSOLVET that the City Clerk be and he is <br />hereby instructed to place said Deed of record in the office of the <br />County Recorder o'L the County of Alameda., State of California; <br />AM BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the <br />City, of San Leandro, on behalf of said city, does :hereby express its <br />gratitude and appreciation to the donor for the dedication: of <br />"HENTZ ROOT QUADRANGLE" as a public park; <br />A'TD BE IT FURTHER RT'SOLVED that a certified cony of this <br />resolution be mailed to :r.
