Francisco, State of California, Do hereby grant, subject to the conditions, limitations and reservations hereinafter contained, unto the CITY' OF SAN LE.AITDRO, a municipal corporation, All that certain real property situate in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and described as follows, to -wit :- BEGITT_TING at the point of intersection of the Southwesterly line of bast Fourteenth Street, as now widened, with the Eastern boundary line of "San Antonio Court", all as shotim on a map thereof filed August 9th, 1913, in Book 28 of daps, at page 38, Alameda County Records, and running thence along said Eastern boundary line of "San Antonio Court" South 5° 131 20" East 153.'r5 feet; thence along t_•ie Northeastern boundary line of "San Antonio Court" South 43' 011 20" Fast to its intersection with the center line of San Leandro Creep; thence Northe Wtarly and following the center line of San Leandro Creek to its inter- section with said Southviesterly line of Fourteenth Street; and thence Northwesterly along said line of East Fourteenth Street to the point of beginning.
