B. and A. L. Stone to James , <br />O'Donnel by need dated October 21, 1904, and recorded in Liber 6 % <br />1001 of Deeds, page 273, records of Alameda County, California; <br />running thence along said Southerly line of the lands of O' Donnel <br />and along a direct production Easterly thereof North 76° 34' 40" <br />East nine hundred and twenty and 69/100 feet to the Southwesterly <br />line of the eighty foot right of way of the Western Pacific Railway; <br />thence along said Southwesterly line of the right of way of the <br />Western Pacific Railway South 430 29' 40" East ninety-one and 60/100 <br />feet to the Westerly line of the lands of Ad. Franklin; thence <br />leaving said Southerly line of the right of way of the Viestern <br />Pacific Railway and running, along the Westerly line of the lands <br />of said Franklin and continuing along the Westerly line of the lands <br />of h, F. de Terra and along the Westerly line of the lands of Eugenia <br />da Gloria, Santos South 9'0 16' Nest one thousand and twenty --line and <br />73/100 feet to -the aforesaid Northeasterly line of the one hundred <br />foot right of way of the Central Pacific Railway; thence along the <br />Northeasterly right of way line of the Central Pacific Railway North <br />420 22' 30" west eleven hundred and seventy-six and 6/10 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />CONTAINING eleven and 74-4/1000 acres and being a portion of <br />that certain piece or parcel of land containinf; fifty acres, hereto- <br />fore acquired by Eleanor J. Peralta and Ignacio Lepndro Peralta by <br />decree of distribution in the matter of the estate of Jose J.
