sewer, not to be laid less than 5 feet under the present <br />surface of the ground, together with the necessary manholes <br />and flush tanks, together with the right to enter upon said <br />right of way at all reasonable times for the necessary manage- <br />ment and repair of said sewer; and should said real property <br />herein described be at any time used for any other purpose <br />by the said party of the second part than for the easement <br />and right of way for the purpose of constructing and main- <br />taining a public sewer,then this easement and right of way, <br />granted and conveyed shall immediately lapse and become null <br />and void and said easement and right of way shall immediately <br />revert to the said parties of the first part, their successors <br />and assigns. <br />Provided, however, that the grantors hereby reserve <br />to themselves, their heirs and assigns, and this conveyance <br />is accepted by said grantee upon the express condition that <br />the said grantors, their heirs and assi�;�is, shall have the <br />right to connect with said sewer hereafter to be constructed <br />on said right of way, any dwelling house hereafter erected on <br />the land of the grantors abutting on said right of gray, without <br />the payment of any charge therefor. <br />IN WITIMS IMREOF the said parties have hereunto set <br />;heir hands and seals the day and year first above written. <br />GENERAL ACh <br />4 <br />Hardy's Rookstore Oak <br />
