COI'T'AINING seven and 495/1000 acres of land. EXCEPTING therefrom the portion thereof described as foll.ows:- BEGIIIZNIING at a point on the Westerly line of the right of way leading from the San Leandro Creek Ilortherly along the Easterly line of the lard of Eugenia da Gloria Santos to the point where the said Fugenia da Gloria.. Santos' land joins the Southerly line of the land now or formerly owned by Manuel Terra; thence at right angles VTesterly and along the said lard of said Terra cne hundred feet; thence at right angles Southerly one hun- dred feet; thence at right angles Easterly one hundred feet to the Westerly line of said right of way; and thence at right angles Iortherly along the Westerly lire of said right of way to the I:oint of beginning. And provided further, that this Deed is accepted by said grantee upon the express condition that the City of San. Leardro will, out of its general fund, pay any assessment that may be levied upon any of the land of the said Eugenia. da Gloria,. Santos hereinbefore described for the construction of a sewer on Peralta Avenue; or over the said Fright of Way; or over that certain Fight of Way conveyed by P. Lavagetto and Celestina Lavagetto, his wife, to City of San Leandro, a municipal corpora- tion, by Deed dated 11cvember 2d, 1919, and recorded Yovember 19th, 1919, in Liber 2831 of Deeds, at page 229, Alameda County Records; or over the Right of Way heretofore ccnveyed by Benjamin F. Ya.son et al to City of San Leandro, a municipal cor- peration, by Deed dated January 3d, 1920, and recorded January 9th, 1920, Recorder's Series S,!53121, Alameda County F:ecords. And provided further, that the said City of San Leandro will at its own expense, connect the dwelling house of said grantor now located on the premises last above described with the main sewer hereafter to be constructed on Peralta Avenue.
