DEED 05 This Indenture, made this 20th day of December, 1929, between ANTOVIVO BOVa and IMARY BOVA, his wife, of San Leandro, Calif- ornia, the parties of the first part, and CITY OF cAN iE VIRO, a municipal corporat ion, of the SiFth Class, the party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first cart, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to its successors and as;:iens forever, all that land with the appurtenances situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of Calif- ornia, and particularly described as follows, to v;it: To f ird the true po'i nt of beginnin#: Begin at a point on the northern line of O'Connor Avenue, now called Sybil Avenue, as the same now exists, distant thereon South 70° 35' West 218 feet 10 inches from the intersection thereof with the eastern line produced southerly of a tract of land containing 4 acres heretofore conveyed by Vd. S. Bryant and Peter Teals to John Black, by deed dated July 20, 1875, and recorded in Liber 117 of Dedds, at page 53, Alameda County Records'. running thence North 196 25' Wes- 354.55 feet to the true point of bep-inning of the property to be hereby described: from said true point of beginning, running thence South 70' 351 West 40 feet; thence South 19° 25' East 43.25 feet; thence North 700 35' East 40 feet; thence- Dorth 19" 25' West 43.25 feet to the true point of beginning.
