This In?enture, Made this 21st day of Dece::,ber, 1929, between ANTONE J. COELHO and MARY G. COELHO, his wife, of Gan Leandro, California, the parties of the first part, and CITY OF SAX LEANDRO a Mun*eipal corporation of the Sixth Class, the party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said party of the second part, and to its suceeeeors and assigns forever, all that land with the appurtenances situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of Calif- ornia, and particularly described as follows, to wit: To find the true point of beginning: Begin at a point on the northern line of Sybil Avenue, formerly O'Connor Avenue, dis- tantrthereon South 700 35' West 129 feet, 5 inches, from the extension southerly of the eastern line of a tract of land containing 4 acres heretofore conveyed by W. S. Bryant and Peter Teale to John Black, by Deed dated July 20, 1875, and recorded in Liber 117 of Deeds, page 53, Alameda County Records; running thence North 1916 25' Wrest 345.55 feet to the true point of beginning of the property to be hereby described; from said tr ,e point of beginning running thence South 70• 35' West 89 feet, 5 inches; thence South 190 25' East 43.25 feet; thence North 700 35' East 89 feet, 5 inches; thence North 190 25' West 43.25 feet to the true point of beginning.
