<br />ANNA/CO NNOLLY, Ahe party of the first part, and the CITY OF SAN
<br />LEANDRC, a, rr.-unicipal corporation of the sixth class, the party of
<br />the second part:
<br />WITNESSETH: That said party of the first part, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of TEN (tlO.00) DOLLIRS, lawful :r.oney of the United States
<br />of America, to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
<br />the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
<br />Grant, Bargain, Sell and convey unto the said party of the second
<br />part, and to its successor and resigns forever, all that certain
<br />piece or parcel of land situate, lying i7nd being in the City of San
<br />Leandro, County cf Alameda, State of California, and bounded and
<br />particularly described as follows, to wit:
<br />TO FIND THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: Begin at a point on the
<br />Southerly line of Kaud Avenue, formerly Cushing Avenue, from which
<br />the Northwesterly corner of the tract of lend conveyed by J. A. Brown
<br />and wife, to ;r. S. Bryant and Feter Teale, by Deed dated April 28,
<br />1875, and recorded in Liber 110 of Deeds, page 22, and containing
<br />12.24 acres, bears South 70 degrees 35 minutes Vest 838 feet, 3
<br />inches distant, and running themce South 19 degrees 25 minutes Last
<br />336 feet, 9 inches, to the true point of beginning of the property
<br />to be hereby described; thence from said true point of beginning
<br />running North 70 degrees 35 minutes Last 79 feet 5 inches; thence
<br />North 19 degrees 25 minutes 'Lest 16 feet, 9 inches; thence South
<br />70 degrees 35 minutes Kest 79 feet F, inches; thence South 19 degrees
<br />25 minutes Last 16 feet, 9 inches to the true point of beginning
<br />TOGLTIM with all End singular the tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and
<br />the reversion and reversions, remainder and retriinders, rents, issues
<br />and profits thereof.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises, together with
<br />the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its
<br />successor and assigns forever.
