PARCEL THREE: COMrENCIY1G at a point on the southeastern line of Belleview Drive, at the northwest corner of Lot 55, as said Lot and Drive are shown on the filed Map of "Belleview Gardens Subdivision, San Leandro, California.", etc., filed May 25, 1926 in Book 3 of Maps at page 87 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California and running thence southwesterly along said aoutheal-tern lire of Belleview Drive, south fifty-nine degrees west (S.59ow.) eighty (80.00) feet to the point of commencement for this descrirtion: THENCE from said y)oint of commencement and continuing southwesterly along the southwestern production of said southeastern line of Belleview Drive south fifty-nine degrees west (S.590W.) thirty-eight and sixteen one -hundredths (38.16) feet to its intersection with the northeastern line of San Leandro Boulevard, as same now exists; thence northwesterly along the said northeastern line of Sin Leandro Boulevard, north sixty-six degrees twelve minutes west (N.66012'R'.) sixty-eight and fifty-four one -hundredths (68.54) feet to its inter- section with the southwestern production of the north+�estern line of Belleview Drive, as Slid Drive is shown on said filed map hereinabove referred to; thence northeE.sterly along said northwestern line of Belleview Drive southwestern production, north fifty-nine degrees east (N.590E.) forty-nine and twenty-nine one -hundredths (49.29) feet to the southwestern corner of Lot 852 as said Lot is shown on said filed map hereinabove first referred to; thence southeasterly along the end of Belleview Drive, as same is shown on said filed map, south fifty-seven degrees fifty-two minutes e8st (S.57052'E.) sixty-two and seventy-eight one -hundredths (62.78).feet to the point of commencement.
