<br />After an examination of the Records of the County in which the land hereinafter described
<br />is situated, ALAMEDA COUNTY -EAST BAY TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, a corporation,
<br />hereby reports the title to said land, at the date hereof, is vested in
<br />t. _ ELLING BONDE and ANNA BONDE, his wife, by deeds to them
<br />dated January 4, 1924 and June 11, 1928, as to Parcel 1;
<br />and in ELLING BONDE, a married man, by deeds to him dated
<br />January 11, 1924 and June 11, 1928, as to Parcel 2.

<br />1- Taxes for 1941-42 which are now a lien but not yet
<br />payable. Assessor's Block #521.
<br />2- Deed of Trust, dated October 9, 1936, made by
<br />Elling Bonde and Anna Bonde, his wife, to Alameda County Title
<br />Insurance Company, a corporation, Trustee, to secure to First
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Oakland, the payment of
<br />$6600.00, with interest, payable according to the terms of a
<br />promissory note of even date; also for further advances; reference
<br />is made to the record thereof for the particular provisions
<br />contained therein; recorded October 16, 1936, in Liber 3389 of
<br />Official Records, Pale 305.
<br />Alameda Eounty-East Bay Title Insurance Company, a
<br />corporation, is now the Trustee under said deed of trust.
<br />3- Deed of Trust, dated October 10, 1936, made by
<br />Elling Bonde and Anna Bonde, his wife, to Alameda County Title
<br />Insurance Company, a corporation, Trustee, to secure to W. R. Bagot
<br />and Laura T. Bagot, his wife, the payment of 01145.88, with interest,
<br />payable according to the terms of a promissory note of even date;
<br />also for further advances; reference is made to the record thereof
<br />for the particular provisions contained therein; recorded October 16,
<br />1936, in Liber 3377 of Official Records, Page 317.
<br />Alameda County -East Bay Title Insurance Company, a
<br />corporation, is now the Trustee under said deed of trust.
