Assessor's Blocks Nos. 515-516. <br />NOTE 1: There is noted the deed from W, H, Norman and <br />R, Josephine Norman, his wife, to W. E. Marchington and Ada Marchington, <br />�a his wife, dated June 19, 1928 and recorded June 26, 1928 in Liber 1885 <br />of Official Records, at page 285, vA.ich purports to convey the <br />Southern 0.03 feet of the Western 43.96 feet of the Eastern 85.96 <br />feet of the subject property (together with other property), <br />Said Norman and wife had no record interest in said <br />portion of the subject property at the date of said deed, nor have <br />they since acquired any. <br />Any interest acquired by said ldarchington and wife by <br />virtue of said deed is now vested of record in Walter C. Gilman and <br />Frances S. Gilman, his wife, as joint tenants. <br />NOTE 2: Title is vested as above by reason of the <br />distribution of "all the property not then known or discovered" by <br />the decree of distribution dated October 17, 1921, made by the <br />Superior Colzrt of the State of California, in and for the County <br />of Alameda, in the Matter of the Estate of J. N. Frank, deceased, <br />Probate No. 18972, a certified copy of which was recorded on <br />November 8, 1921 in Book 86 of Official Records, page 396. <br />The proceedings had and taken in the matter of said estate <br />leading up to said decree do not describe or mention the property <br />hereinafter described, and this company, in so vesting title, assumes <br />without liability therefor, that said decedent was the owner -of said <br />property at the date of his death. <br />FORM 19 <br />
