EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY: Josephine K. Pond and C, P. Pond , her husband, grant to the City of San Leandro, a Municipal Corporation, an easement and right of way for pedestrian traffic and the emergency use of Fire Equipment along a strip of land Ten (10) feet in width and particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Southeasterly line of Valley Street, distant thereon Five (5) feet Northeasterly from the point of intersection thereof with the Northeasterly boundary line of Lot 36; running thence Southeasterly and parallel with the said boundary line 106.41 feet to the Southeasterly boundary line of Tract 655,t.ence southwesterly along the a -id boundary line of Tract 655 10 feet; thence Northwesterly and parallel with the North— easterly boundary line of Lot 36, 106.41 feet to the Southeasterly line of Valley Street, and thence along the last named line 10 feet to the point of commencement. Being Portions of lots 35 and 36 of Tract 655, in The City of San Le -�.ndro, County of Alameda. State of California, as shown on the map of the said Tract 655, filedMarch 26, 1943, in Map Book 8, at pages 51, 52 and 53, in the office of the County Recorder of the said County of Alameda.
