PHILLIFS, his wife, the first part ie s, hereby orant to CITY OF_SAN LEANDRO. a Municipal Corporation, the second party , all that real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described - as follows: tGRTION of the land described in the deed by American Trust Company to Louis Gregoris and Lary Gregoris, dated Cctooer 27, 1939, recorded November 9, 1939, in 000k 3848 of Cfficial Records of Alameda County, page 90, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the eastern line of Franklin Lane, as said lane is shown on the "Map of Franklin Subdivision, San Leandro, California" - filed Iviay 3, 1927, in book 12 of "aps, page 71, in the off ice of the County Recorder of Alameda County, with the northeastern line of the right of way, 80 feet wide, of the 'Vestern Pacific Railway Company; and running thence along said northeastern right of way line south 430 491 30" east 310.28 feet; thence north 460 10' 3;;' east 20.00 feet; thence north 430 49' 30" west 325.42 feet to the said eastern line of Franklin Lane; t.�-.ence along the last named line south 90 03' ;vest 25.08 feet to the point of beginning. The grantors underst::.nd that the present intention of the grantee of the lands hereby conveyed in fee is to construct and maintain thereon a highway.
