The land referred to in this policy is described as follows: REAL property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California$ described as follows: PORTION of the 11.135 acre tract of land described in the deed by 'Manuel Bolina and wife to Frank Byrnes and James Byrnes, dated June 30, 1393 and recorded in book 51C of Deeds at page 409, Alameda County Records, described as follows: COMMENCING at the intersection of the eastern line of Franklin Lane, as said lane is shown on the t111ap of Franklin Subdivision, San Leandro, California", filed May 3, 1927, in book 12 of Baps at page 71, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, with the northeastern line of the right of way, 30 feet wide, of the Western Pacific Railway Company; and run thence along said northeastern right of way line south 430 491 3011 east 630,33 feet; thence leaving said right of way line southeasterly, tangent with the last named course, on a curve to the left, with a radius of 1040 feet, a distance of 226.11 feet to the southwestern line of said 11.135 acre tract and the actual point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; and running thence southeasterly along, the continuation of said curve to the left with a radius of 10,10 feet, a distance of 233.21 feet; thence tangent with the last mentioned course south 690 071 4711 east 160.92 feet; thence tangent with the last mentioned course southeasterly on a curve to the right, with a radius of 960 feet, a distance of 372.93 feet to the northeastern line of said 11.135 acre tract; thence along the last named line north 310 021 west 6.13 feet to the southwestern line of San Leandro Boulevard, as described in the deed by Mary McSweeney and 'William P.
