<br />DESCRIPTION
<br />All that lot of land situated in the City of
<br />of Alameda, State of California, and described as
<br />beginning at a point on the Southern line of
<br />Parts Street, formerly San Leandro Boulevard, said line being_ the*
<br />Southern line of Lot "A", distant thereon North 330 491 30"
<br />West 83.06 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the
<br />Western line of Franklin Lane, as said Lot "A", and Franklin Lane, are
<br />shown on the map hereinafter referred to; running thence North 830 491
<br />30" West along the said line of Oark Street 80.00 feet; thence
<br />South 6° 101 30" Vest 29.24 feet to a point on the Northeastern
<br />line of aa.n Leandro Boulevard, as said boulevard existed September 25,
<br />1943; thence South 430 49' 30" East along the said last mentioned
<br />line 104.44 feet to a point on the Eastern line of Lot 18, as said
<br />lot is shown on said map; thence Tiorth 60 10t 30" East along the said
<br />last mentioned line 90.37 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Being a portion of Lots 18 and 19, as said lots are
<br />delineated and so designated upon that certain map entitled, "Niap
<br />of Franklin Subdivision, San Leandro, California", filed iviay 3, 1927
<br />in Book 12 of Niaps, page 71, in the office of the County Recorder of
<br />Alameda County.
<br />THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED WILL NOT INSURE AGAINST:
<br />1. Instruments, trusts, liens, easements, roads or highways, encumbrances, or rights or claims of
<br />parties in possession of any portion of the insured property, not shown by any public record of the
<br />County or City and County, or by the records of the Federal offices of the Division of the Federal Dis-
<br />trict in which said property is situate.
<br />2. The invalidity of tax sales, street assessments, leases, attachments, easements, declarations of
<br />homestead, building restrictions or money judgments mentioned as encumbrances in this policy.
<br />3. Secret trusts, equities or defects in, or encumbrances upon, the title to the insured property
<br />known to the Insured, not disclosed to the Company in writing, or the invalidity in whole or in part of
<br />any mortgage or deed of trust by reason of the violation of the usury law.
<br />4. Overlapping improvements, or any state of facts which a correct survey would show. City Zone
<br />or Set -Back Ordinance Restrictions.
<br />5. Taxes of every character not yet payable.
<br />6. Municipal taxes, or municipal and/or District proceedings for any public improvement, or any
<br />tax or assessment therefor unless otherwise herein specified, and then only when the amount of the as-
<br />sessment therefor has become fixed and shown as a lien at the date hereof, in the public office designated
<br />by law.
<br />7. Mining claims and/or water rights and all matters relating thereto.
