F'raga, to Faulino S. Amaral dated September 30, 1936, and recorded in Liber 3366, Official Records at Page 460 in the Office of the county Recorder of Alameda County running thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said property 30 feet; thence at right angles southwester- ly 291.90 feet, more or less, to the northeastern line of San Leandro Boulevard, as the same is descrioed in the deed from Faulino S. Y.maral, et al, to the Ci iy of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, dated July 3, 1931 and recorded Octouer 29, 1931 in Book 2664 of Official Records of Alameda County, at Page 381, thence northwesterly along said line of San Leaiidro Boulevard 30 ieet; more or less, to the northwesterly line of said parcel of land; thence northeasterly along said northwesterly line 292 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
