GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY THE UNDERSIGNED, owner of the hereinafter described property, does hereby grant and convey to the City of San Leandro, a municipal cornoratior, an easement and right of way over and across all of the hereinafter described property to establish, construct, and maintain for all time, with right of entry to inspect and repair, public conduits in, through, on, and along that certain piece and strip of land situated, lying, and being in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: BLGINIVING at a point on the southwestern line of Saunders Street distant thereon 35 feet from the southeastern line of Saunders Street as said street is shown on that certain map entitled ".'ap of the Town of San Leandro, County Seat of Alameda County" filed for record February 27, 1855 and recorded June 14, 1870 in Book 1 of Maps at page 19 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County; running thence Sout�) 6PO West 236 feet more or less to the westerly line of the 10 acre tract of land conveyed by John Ylurphy to W. T.
