suzh GS03 PmE 4 115 7 AC6762 THIS INDENTURE, made this 28th day of July, 1952, between MARY CUNHA, a married woman, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN IZANDRG, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee. WHEREAS, NAT LENA, a single man, and LAWRENCE PICETTI and B193NICE PICETTI, his wife, are the owners of the land shown on the annexed Exhibit as "PARCEL A" and 1,.ropose to dedicate said lands to Grantee as a public street; and WHEREAS, the Grantor is the owner of the land shown on the annexed Exhibit as "PARCEL B"; and WHEREAS, the said Grantee and the said Nat i.ena, a single man, and Lawrence Picetti and Berntee ricetti, his wife, are desirous of having rainwaters accumulating on said PARCEL A discharged from said PARCEL A onto said PARCEL B: NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consid- eration paid by said Nat Lena, a single man, and Lawrence Picetti and Bernice Picetti, his wife, to the Grantor, the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, full and free right and authority to discharge the rainwaters accumulating on said PARCEL A onto said PARCEL B and to construct therein such sumps or other struc- tures as may be necessary to provide for the absorption of such rainwaters in the aforesaid PARCEL B. Said Nnt Lena, a single man, and Lawrence Picetti and Bern.i.ce Licett.t, his wife, agree with Grantee that they, the said owners, will be responsible for and Flay any damages occa- sioned by said works and will construct and maintain all sumps or other structures required to carry out the purposes of this ease- ment and will keep said grantee indemnified against all actions, 1.
